About You

Ideal candidate for this role will be:

• Enthusiastic
• Customer focused and able to deliver high standards of service
• Happy and comfortable meeting and greeting new people
• Able to work in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
• Able to speak English fluently
• Experienced in working reception and administrative tasks for a corporate company
• Prior experience with booking systems is ideal

What You Will Do

1. Welcoming Clients to the building
2. Day to day running of the reception
3. Answering telephones with a warm and friendly manner
4. Performing a variety of administrative tasks
5. Responsible for the training assessment and development of all Reception Staff
